Much like many small-medium business owners looking to recruit via an agency, Sam Ball, Mixed Media Info Ltd, was skeptical and took some time to come around to the idea.
Sarah’s unique, consultative approach to his needs changed his mind. Sarah helped Sam to grow his sales team by 3 senior staff members, develop a social media arm to the business with an apprenticeship, and expand the design team.
Sarah did this by listening, responding, advising and successful matching.
With a shopping list of skills and her unique approach, Sarah showed promise and excellence.
As their relationship grew, so did their plans to launch a niche service of hand-in-hand training consultancy and recruitment provider.

Sam launched and developed market leading B2B building titles for both public and private sectors in tough economic times, and is now expanding into recruitment. Sam is a natural leader who commands results, quality and success. He tackles any problems immediately and with confidence, and is persistent in the pursuit of his objectives.
Mel joined our team as the Head of the Training division and has been growing the services month after month. We are able to provide specific training sessions and workshops within specialist groups of individuals, from ex-offenders to working families looking to return to work. She confidently places 50% of attendees from each training course back into work, education or further training opportunities. Mel has an extensive knowledge of team leadership, the prison service and the journey of a job seeker returning to work.
Sally has extensive knowledge and experience as a nurse, who holds dual registration and has very strong leadership, relationship and communication skills. She has previously delivered multiple Health and Social Care courses, and has joined 360 EE to provide the very best Health & Social Care professional consultancy.
