Job Description

  • Interviewing candidates and applicants.
  • Meeting new business clients whilst maintaining an existing portfolio of clients looking to recruit staff.
  • Expand on marketing and initiatives and ideas and improvements to the business.
  • Hold autonomy for your own clients, work, deadlines and targets.

The Training Team

Job Description

The Recruitment Department/Service at 360 EE compliments the training arm of the business and gives attendees of all training courses the chance to apply for live vacancies, speak to industry professionals, gain work experience and learn to recruit for themselves.

This is a facility no other local training provider is able to offer in house as part of a package.

Due to popular demand of our course and natural expansion of our team we are looking to speak to people wanting to embark on a training career. Although you don’t need experiences as a direct trainer to have an empathy or awareness of the client groups we deliver to is a clear advantage.

Personality really is key to this role and will define you as part of the 360 EE team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivering training on a daily basis by travelling throughout Kent.
  • Managing time, paperwork and client expectations whilst on these courses.
  • Independently working.
  • Knowledge of the job seeking process is key.
  • Managing candidate expectations.
  • Meeting client and company KPI, SLA and targets set daily and monthly is vital.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Able to be innovative, creative and continually think outside the box.
  • Have a problem solving thought process.
  • Ability to use the computer confidently and create word documents.
  • Navigate your way round the internet confidently to problem solve, add value to customer journeys, research and training.
  • Committed to a long-term career that won’t always fit into 9am – 5pm.
  • Be organised.
  • Be driven.
  • Have a Full UK licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Be a Trainer with a Difference

  • Salary: £50 – £120 per day depending on experience.
  • Benefits and training provided.

Additional Information

Experience within a welfare to work or recruitment background is a clear advantage but not a deal breaker. Other industries this role would be a good transition from include:

  • The Prison Service.
  • Youth Work.
  • Training and Education.
