We are seeking committed, forward thinking, bright senior sales consultants to join a growing team on the outskirts of Maidstone town centre.

This role offers a great team to join, first class training within the sales industry, that will confirm and re-instate your professional sales ability and a reputable brand to join and support career progression.

This role would suit an independent worker, who is tenacious, disciplined and driven to succeed.

There is huge scope to progress into field sales opportunities and management position, if targets are hit, profits are made and the ultimate pride is taken within your work and “want it” enough.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • B2B telesales.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Thorough questions and answers recorded and asked.
  • Information and fact finding skills.
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Achieving monthly set team targets and individual targets.

Ideal Candidate

  • A proven sales professional.
  • A smart, well presented, professional office worker.
  • Someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable and customer focused.

The commission for this role is uncapped and paid monthly alongside a strong, market competitive basic salary. Your salary dictates your target and your ability to hit a number will be spoken about at interview.
