train-lead

At 360 Employment Evolution, we are able to provide both pre- and post- employment training. The training courses range from work ethic and team building to sector-specific skillsets.

This training is applicable to companies looking to up-skill an existing team or individual and companies looking to develop new team members.

All training is written in house, in line with clients’ objectives, by a qualified trainer. The courses can reference as much or as little of a company’s specific practice as required, and can be run as management guideline courses or staff development courses.

We can source locations and conference centres to offer training off-site to our clients should that be necessary, and as part of our service we are able to support clients with their own open days and recruitment drives.

Over the last few years mind mapping has been recognised by companies as an effective communication tool that improves brainstorming and collaborative sessions.

Justification

What People Say About Our Training

We have to say the morning meeting book and our morning meetings as a sales team are definitely paying dividends. It has given us a vehicle to discuss issues but more importantly it has given us the opportunity to seek solutions. It has also allowed us to work together as a team rather than 3 individuals. The rest of the training is a long term solution that is working so just wanted to say, thank you.
Industry Specific Training Client
Enhance Your Team
Sarah is a very professional and approachable lady. I spent two weeks on a training course and Sarah came in on the last day to do interview training with us. During the time I spent with her, she gave me some really helpful advice as to how to write my CV and how to dress for an interview. She also gave me advice on how to keep calm during an interview and how to answer questions. I managed to secure full time employment within two weeks of meeting Sarah! I could not be more grateful.
Long Term Unemployment Client
Going Back To Work
I have just been involved with Sarah in providing a networking seminar event at the Aylesford Priory Conference Centre. This is my first time working with Sarah and found her very organised and approachable. She was very keen to make the event a success and was in regular contact to make sure I was happy with how the organisation was progressing.
Information Seminar Client
Providing Informative Solutions
I was in a slow time for temp work, had no idea what to do or how to go about higher education and honestly didn’t expect to make it past 2018. My mental health was getting worse, I had no motivation other than to get money and I wasn’t doing what I enjoyed. You gave a more insight of the job market and the qualities that employers (including yourself being a Director) are seeking especially at the initial stage of application.
Unemployed Mental Health Client
Opening The Doors To Employment
I was not really motivated looking for jobs. I was looking for jobs but not really bothered, I am now. There is a lot I could do now. I found that you were very understanding of my current situation and your response to sending me an email with current vacancies straight away has given me some hope of finding a suitable role soon.
Unemployed ESA Claimant Client
Finding Employment with Barriers
I would whole heartedly recommend this! However, it’s not for the faint hearted. It’s in depth and there are lessons to be learned everywhere but it has transformed my Sales, Design, Administration and Accounts teams.
